Has to be Alan Hebden for me. I could never forgive myself for not voting for the man who gave us The Amazing Maze Dumoir.  And so much other good stuff too, of course: probably the second greatest writer of Future Shocks to grace the prog. And a prime Bellardinelli-enabler to boot.

Interesting one this one. An early strike was quickly pulled back and then the veteran began to run wild and free and dominated a popular vote entirely. On an interesting* side note

Making it through to the second round was the first time a 'Home' draw won a tie ... and by 'home' I mean the person drawn and listed first in the vote... so not really home at all I know... but ... well... in my head it is...
