This one is particularly ace in that my wife's name is Sara.  She swears it's not about her- even though, like me, she has absolutely no idea what the title means in the first place:

I see the ploy here.  Make the title so obscure that you just *have* to look...

Not exactly pr0n, but for a while, I kept getting emails offering me:

I still don't get why all my spam seems to come from Brasil (.com.br addresses), my only comfort seems to be that alphabetically, the entire tdcadsl.dk email postfix seems to effected.

Not knowing any Spanish, I can't even read what it's about.
