Sorry for the double post. I didn't see this till I logged in. Pretty angry stuff like the flaming oil clouds that billowed from the BP Rig disaster. Good though very Cam Kennedy[ish].

Woolly

Lovely stuff all round, especially the dark judges. Really fresh design work going on.

Heres a few sketches from work, seems like i've found a perfect medium in lined paper and cheap biro! :D

SuperSurfer

Those are great, Woolly, in particular the horned big teeth muscle guy.

The biro is not to be mocked as a drawing tool. Same goes for the IKEA pencil which is too often my tool of choice (well, the only thing close to hand).

And great ink work Peter.

IAMTHESYSTEM

More biro pen magic. Excellent linework and shading Woolly.

ok, so not really a doodle, but I've been thinking about doing a cartoon blog kinda like James Kochalka, and this is the first one.

Emperor

Coo that is some lovely work!!
if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

Sheesh, that's a bit good. I wonder how a not quick paint job comes out.

Ridiculously impressive Woolly. Did you colour up the pencils? If so it's worked a treat.

Thanks for the feedback those who gave it.

"Cam Kennedyish" isnt something that sprang to mind at the time but i can see why you thought that. Its not a totally original piece as it was my attempt at copying a panel in the prog.I do this all the time to improve my brushwork so it becomes more fluid plus there was no pencilling involved in this piece but usually i pencil and then ink.also i have never set out to have my own style either.Plus i have absolutely no interest in producing colored work or using software as i like doing it the old fashioned way.

I have to say i prefer this by far to the colored version as something was lost in the coloring process.
