Sorry. My phrasing may be wrong (although I believe punctuation is correct).
I don't recognise the little guy who is standing in a group with Kali and your correctly identified Cyclopean friend.

Got the digital version today and the Kali statue from Golden voyage of Sinbad is in there as well.

I've read the rules and then ignored them. This was going to be for the advent calendar but I'll give it a run out here.

Help with the references?
The plants first from left to right:
Is that Groot? Then Little Shop of Horrors, the carrot man is from an episode of Lost in Space. Then a Doctor Who monster from the Seeds of Doom. Don't know the one before the two BBC Triffids from the 1980s series. The tall plant is really familiar and I know I'm going to kick myself over that one. Then bottom right are they pods from Invasion of the Bodysnatchers or are they Seeds of Doom?

Then the helmets:
I suspect the back four might all be from movie versions of Captain Nemo because the shell helmet is from the 1961 Mysterious Island and the one on the right is from 20000 Leagues under the Sea (1954).
Don't recognise the bull horned helmet unless it's Gendry's from GoT, and can't spot the giant fire helmet .
And I think that's the Steel Claw as well.
