For all the Caballistics Inc. fans out there coming in the Christmas prog: https://2000ad.com/post/4586

When I die, I want to die like my grandfather who died peacefully in his sleep. Not screaming like all the passengers in his car.

Old age is the Lord's way of telling us to step aside for something new. Death's in case we didn't take the hint.

As exclusively revealed in this very thread not seven weeks ago!

However, this is a genuine touch of Betegeusian class:

QuoteAnd there's a treat for digital readers – fans who have previously bought the digital 'Complete Caballistics Inc.' edition from the 2000 AD webshop and apps, which does not contain the new concluding story, will have their digital file automatically upgraded to the new version – for free – on day of release.
We never really die.

Nice! Thanks for the link! Plenty of stuff there up my street! And quite a slant towards horror too, which seems fitting for Christmas. (I don't mean that in a sarcastic way. It works for me!)

The only thing about the Christmas prog that is not so clear is which stories will be carried over to 2019 (except Brink and Skip Tracer). Awhile ago it was mentioned a story called Thistlebone will start in prog 2111 but it has now been dropped from the roster.

Brink is the only strip which will be running straight through. Skip Tracer starts a new story.

I don't think it has. It's not mentioned in the "Episodes include" section, but it is mentioned in the text at the top.

Got it thanks M.I.K ......something evil lurks in the woods in new folk-horror series "Thistlebone"

Nice, I've been arguing for upgrades on digital for a while now.

Would happily pay a bit extra for better scans/reinstated colour pages as and when they're done.
