Hello, take a seat... no come back and put the seat down, you know full well that's not what I meant.
Her at MFB (http://www.massacreforboys.co.uk/) we are currently putting together the forth issue of our full colour boys own anthology comic. We have several fine scripts and no one to draw them. If you are interested you can let us know at chris@massacreforboys.co.uk or steve@massacreforboys.co.uk depending on your preference for names that start with either a C or an S
Yes indeed.
We understand that drawing a comic strip takes a ridiculously long amount of time, and that artists work in the small press for a variety of reasons, some of which do not correspond with the needs and the style of a classic British-style anthology comic.
However, anyone serious about trying to make it as a professional comic artist could do a lot worse than getting involved. The list of artists who have made it onto the prog from small press beginnings is long, and now includes Steve, as you can see from the magic words "2000AD creator" appended gloriously to his name.
Plus we have some super awesome scripts...
Typing as a semi-regular for the massacre lads I can heartily recommend working for them.
Thanks for the support, Bolt, we very highly value your own contributions to MFB :)
Thanks also to the artists* who have** responded so far. Still opportunities available, so please, please, please get in touch.
