For anyone interested, Vice Press have a sale of 2000 AD posters on at the moment.

I've been resisiting this to date, but man there are some GREAT deals to be had there.

The McMahon prints are great.

Never really understood why VICE kept using non-2000ad artists. Obviously they have some following of their own but given the bulk of the sale is non-2000ad artists you assume they didn't shift many.

I agree.

There wasn't much point using non-2000ad artists and also it wouldn't have hurt to have more tie-in to the 40th.

I would have loved the full colour Glenn Fabry/Ryan Brown or the Chris Weston cast photo. Something that actually felt like it celebrated 40 years.

Seems like some of the non-regular artist Dredds did sell, surprised that the Mick Nemesis was available.

I think a lot of it is down to it being a niche market, limited funds and wallspace.

I've still got original art waiting to be framed...
