I liked the 3riller ending. Reminded me of Tales of Telguuth.

Little Spuggy's Xmas is excellent.

I also liked Al Ewing's Tour of Duty interlude (it's not in the graphic novel so you need the prog, Prog 2010).

That sounds like Return of the Assassin, which is in Case Files 30.

I couldn't take Dante seriously until The Great Game, when it suddenly got much better. It peaked during Tsar Wars.

I don't see why we'd need an explanation for Revere. Indigo Prime recruits dead people as its agents and gives them new bodies. They recruited Revere. What else do you need to know?

I like Indigo Prime. It's a shame it's taking a break, but that's likely to be so that the artist can catch up, rather than because the new writer has hot tired of it already.  ::)

VCs is not the best the prog has to offer. It's the Mega Collection, not the Meh Collection.

I took the reprint only two years later as a sign that it's coming back soon.

It's a good issue. Dominion is of course brilliant. Anderson had a strong ending. The new Dredd story is great stuff. Haven't read the rest yet. (But a certain amount of filler is ok: sometimes the text articles are interesting, and they're necessary because they're cheaper than comic art -- Rebellion is running a business and has to stay profitable.)

The first MACH Zero spin-off was rubbish, but the other two are really good.

Quote...along with the weekly credits & story title etc.

This should have been a clue not to read too much into it.

It is complete in the sense that it is the whole story so far. He may be priming us for Book 2.

Help! / Re: Cover dates same as on sale dates?
11 November, 2017, 11:23:46 PM
Prog 2057, which subscribers got today and which is in the shops next Wednesday 15th, is dated 15 November. If that has always been the practice, then you want the one dated 18th. I had however heard (quite a while ago) that magazines were dated with the date they come off the shelves, so I don't know what the position was in 1982.
