Check out D'Israeli who works in Illustrator (and does a damn good job of it), JohnnyBoyB.

Manga Studio seems to be getting more popular.

D'israeli goes through his Illustrator process in some detail here.

Nigel Dobbyn also inks in Illustrator and has bunged a very useful guide to his inking process up on his deviantART page.

and click the BACK (not the forward, confusingly) buttons to go to the next step.

Cheers!

Thanks for the links, guys! I'll be sure to read it when get home from work.

Meanwhile, if you're interested, I did this lineart tutorial for Photoshop a while back.

I don't ink exactly like this anymore, with practice you always learn new and better ways to get things done, but it might interest you.

Alsi, I tried Manga Studio 3EX. It's a cool software, but it has a lot of quirks that I didn't like. I never tried 4EX, though, it may be better.

Those links are messed up by me getting the tags wrong!

I once worked out how to turn the pressure sensitivity off as I'm not free enough in my style to make good use of it, but it's somehow back on - I need to wade through those tutorial files again. When it's on, I tend to slow down and press harder when I'm concentrating on a fiddly bit, even if I don't want thicker lines, which is a bit of a pain.

I'm not sure you can turn it off globally after a quick glance at the settings on mine, but you can can just uncheck 'Shape Dynamics' in the settings for your chosen brush in Photoshop -- assuming that's what you're using -- which will have the same result.

Cheers!
