Electronics good. Old man bands are good. I will be scopin out some of the bands mentioned as I've been getting music junkie withdrawal for new music and I trust you guys opinions... mostly hehe.

Heres a Top 50 Electronic playlist I'm working on, got 43/50 bloody youtube keep deleting stuff...

And an old man band playlist I just started ie prog rock on standard 13 songs. I could try for a top 50 but my brain may explode at average song length 9 mins of sitar solos...

Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so.

Trouble is I'm not cool. Never was and never will be. I like what I like when I like it. I'll start the day being into some http://youtu.be/Cam2D4lDRiw but then I will get bored off that and move onto something in the mold of http://youtu.be/o7gdC6XWIoU but even that can get a bit tedious and I will want to listen to something poppier like http://youtu.be/9e9NSMY8QiQ. Rocking out when you've had a bad day can be fun too http://youtu.be/-jMruFHTwrY and then I like to unwind by listening to some http://youtu.be/fMqKxpq6QAE.
Whatever happened to Rico, Dolman and Cadet Paris? I'm sooo out of the loop.

Mark Taylor, that kind of thing always reminds me of this kind of thing and that's no bad thing.

I'd never even heard of this band until about a day ago.

Fabulous perfect jangle pop The Katydids.

Marshall Crenshaw I'd only vaguely heard of but I was missing out on some fine song writing.

The Justice department has a good re-education programme-it's called five to ten in the cubes.

Oh. Had forgotten about the Katydids.
Been at least 20 years.
You have depressed the stomm out of me. 20 years.
Stop this thread. Please.

But if you can't, put me in the indie kid camp, slap my legs and call me Susan.

Is it okay that I fancy you now you're drawn by Fay Dalton? >Ahem< Only slightly less embarrassing -  I like thirty seconds of a LINKIN PARK song. I've got excuses and everything (they pinched SOAD's guitar player), but Goering and Himmler had excuses ...

Liking something Linkin Park have done is like masturbating while thinking of a family member; everyone's done it once, but you don't want to make a habit of it. In my defence, seconds 0-34 really are brilliant. For reminding me of Tilly and The Wall, 8-ball wins the SONGS I LIKED BUT NEVER GOT ROUND TO BUYING award, sponsored by Royal Blood, which I like but haven't ... you get it.
