I got refunded for the wrong payment taken & apocalypse war replaced. I have faith in hachette sorting out the problems. Seems like they just need to improve the packaging.

To be fair to them, they're not alone. I ordered some books from WHSmith and they arrived in a state. Book Depository too. FPI's not been bad, and Amazon's usually reliable, but it's a crapshoot when you're using card alone. (Mrs G ordered something from Wordery recently, so that'll be my next experiment.)

Have you checked your account online? there seems to be a pattern with deliverys arriving 7 days after they appear on your account. If the dates on your account show longer than 7 days or if nothing is showing on your account, then I'd give them a call (even though they say to allow 14-28 days for delivery).

I only started my subscription from issue 3 on 5th Feb, but my first delivery was issues 2 and 3 on 14th Feb, and I've since had issue 2 replaced with issue 4...I've had the mug, but no badge yet. However customer services have been very helpful when I've contacted them, both through facebook and phone.

Yeah, I'd echo that. Despite people bitching like crazy on Facebook, I can't say anything negative about Hachette's customer service so far. Fast response via Facebook, and my replacement within the same working week. They've also stated several times on Facebook that they're looking into improving shipping times, although the mob's still not happy, because NOW NOW WANT NOW ENTITLED FACE

My subscription was a 'work related gift' shall we say, so I'll drop my contacts a line ....

I left Facebook during December as its normally a depressing, moany place with too many egos and cat videos screaming for attention.
I just drop in now and then now, just to see what calamity the internet is facing ;-)

Ive received 2 &3 plus mugs and badges (2 of each!).
My issues of 4 & 5 have yet to be sent but some people on my Twitter timeline have received theirs today with their coasters.

I received issues 4 & 5, plus badge and mug (intact), in the post this morning. Which is about three weeks earlier than I was expecting to get them.
