So some of you might remember there was going to be a Cardiff Comic Convention this year. My lovely wife was helping to organise it, but unfortunately the guy who instigated and was paying for it turned out to be a total moron so it fell through.

HOWEVER, the much more capable team behind the Birmingham con are now onboard to make sure its done right... and again my other half is helping sort it all out.

Should be a good one and about time Cardiff got its own con

If anyone had any queries I'm happy to pass on to the other half, or you can just contact them via the email given at the link above

Well after 6 years I'll have an excuse to visit my brother and crash on his floor.

Hmmm... Cardiff you say...

Ah,I can show you all the cultural high (and lows) if you come!

Buddy

I note from the guest list John McRea is working on The Boys now?

What would he be doing if Garth Ennis didn't write comics.

Hope this is a success, Cardiff is a great city and I'd fancy another visit soon... all sounds good to me!

Cardiff is an amazing city in my opinion, has a brilliant balance between cultural and beer related temptations!  Looking forward to this A LOT.

I'd love to be going to this, but money is tight and I'm feeling very, VERY conventioned-out...

But it's Cardiff. You won't find a better city anywhere.

Just been told Neil Roberts has confirmed this afternoon so there should be a fairly decent 2000AD presence.
I was also bullshitting with Alec Worley last night who seemed interested
