You know, Joe Elliott has lived in Dublin for decades and he's about the only Dublin-based celebrity I've never seen (Dublin's small, see, not like That London).  I can only surmise that the fecker's hiding from me.

Himself and Ricky Warwick (The Almighty, Black Star Riders) used to be occasional visitors to Bruxelles back in the mid-90s....use to pop themselves beside the jukebox, just to the right of our band of brothers that used to take up the old corner beside the bar

Am I missing something or are you?

Not missing anything at all....just enjoying the possibilities.

Well the Sugar Puffs route......
doesn't ultimately have any effect, by the looks of it. Our second viewing, we ended up in the future with the programmer of the Netflix show going nutty and beating the living crap out of her computer/throwing tea over her computer when the 'game' crashed while looking at Stefan asleep in his bed.
We're going to watch once more and see what happens if....
we choose not to follow Colin, and instead go to speak to the therapist.
Really well done - favourite bit we found was:
going down the Netflix route he ends up in a big "kung-fu fight" with his therapist, and eventually his dad (who you can then kick squaw in the nuts!!)
We're going to have another crack at it later - this time we're going for Sugar Puffs!!!!!

Now, how about a round of Twoothy media club? Books, songs, ditties, magazines, films, tv series and games that might appeal to 2000AD readers.

I'd like to meet the person
who didn't check the sound on their TV,  or say "ah bollocks" when they cut to a repeat
.

What had my wife and myself was the fact
that the sound on our TV has been playing up a little recently, and changing channel and then back again fixes it. And that is indeed what we did....it just happened to perfectly time with the sound coming back on with Inside No.9

When it cut to the repeat, we got excited because that is a great episode....and then got annoyed when that went. But then.......
Adopt, don't buy whenever possible.

Excellent advice - loads of animals out there, with various rescues, in need of a good home. One of the reasons our house has 11 guinea pigs at the moment...was 12 up until recently (nearly 20 overall in the last almost 4 years)

Unfortunately we lost the legend that was Frisbee, an older piggie we took in back in April following the death of his brother. His previous owner didn't want to take on a new younger pig and knew that Frisbee needed company and we jumped at the chance. As he was well over 5, we decided he was too old for the snip so we couldn't pair him up with any of our existing sows but we kept him alongside Scarlet (who lost her own male companion around the same time) and the two of them were perfect together.

When we became aware that he may be on the way out, we took down the divide between them and let them have some time together knowing that he didn't have the energy to get busy with her....and within minutes this was them (Frizz on the left)

Gonna miss the little bugger.

As Susan Ivanova might say, "no bah today, bah tomorrow. There's always a bah tomorrow."

BAH!!! 8 weeks of hot weather...go to a festival, and down comes the rain. And being up a mountain, in Wales, it was really bloody wet. Unfortunately, the kids didn't want to stay beyond the 2nd band as they were absolutely soaked through, so we had to head off and give it a miss. Had a nice weekend in Wales regardless though.

YOINCKS!!!

They listened to us, accepted our findings, the admin has held his hand up (when faced with the comment that we can see the login name of the admin) and they've begun working on repairing the damage.

No BAH!!!

Yoincks!! Tomorrow (today!!) is last day of my work week, then off until next Tuesday. Bringing the family to a lovely rock festival up a mountain in Wales, all paid for by work.

Bah! One of our customers logs a support ticket with us this evening which is a massive issue for them, and is going to take up all day tomorrow to explain why it happened and how to recover from it.

Yoincks!! The 'why it happened' is because one their admins deleted some stuff and triggered a chain of events that is easily explainable using the server logs.

Bah!! They're going to play the "nah, that didn't happen....the software must have a bug" game.

Yoincks!! Great...they are going to burn throught their support time to end up with me saying....."Nah, feck off with that...I've been supporting this software for years and know it inside out....you fucked up, admit it. We can see the actions in the logs. Let's help you recover from the issue and you move on with a lesson learned"

Bah!!! Them....with fingers in ears....."blah blah blah can't hear you. not interested"

I'm going to get our technical directory to handle this one tomorrow.
