I thought it looked a bit like Lee Garbett's work with a Henry Flint influence (I noticed that Dredd profile too). His last work in the Meg showed a Frank Quietly influence so I thought he was trying something new.

However if its come from the horse's mouth then Flint it is. Deffo a departure in style for him I'd say.
