Was wondering if anyone could tell me how many times Johnny Biker has appeared?

I remember his first appearance illustrated by Simon Bisley and a second appearance illustrated by Dean Ormston but beyond that I don't know if he's ever shown up again.

I've been wanting to do a big MC1 landscape for a while now and was hoping this idea would give me the impetus to do it.

I want the piece to feature lots of unique architecture that has appeared throughout the comics history and was hoping you wonderful people could help me out with your suggestions.

So if you have any thoughts on what I should include please let me know.  And if you could include any visual reference in your post that would be extra brilliant of you

Gonna start painting this tomorrow.

Recently Nick Percival posted his schedule for one of his old commissions from the 90's.  He was given a month to produce each episode containing 6 pages of full colour artwork.

So I was wondering if that's still fairly typical today?  Is there a standard deadline for black & white and full colour artwork or does it vary from artist to artist?

It'll be great to hear from any art droids about this or even the powers that be about what's expected from a 2000AD artist.

Looking to bulk out my portfolio with more up to date work, thought some 2000AD portraits would be a good place to start.

The plan is to start on Thursday 29th Jan and do a portrait each day for 5 days.

So... any requests?  Any 2000AD or Megazine character you'd like to see me try and take a crack at?

I was just wondering if there's any plans to re-release these titles?

You know, 'cos they're ace and whatnot.
