xbox live problems

Have any you wonderful people out there had any problems with signing in on xbox live recently? The Lad updated his on Sunday and can't now sign in to play online. The console came up the message that his parents would have to sign in online but we still seem to be left out in the cold.

Hey, did you set up parental controls on it (Dashboard - Settings - Family - Content Controls)?

There are options in there that would block his access without a parent so could be that. Xbox Live was down for a bit yesterday too, so if it's sorted itself it could have been that.

Everything's sorted out now guys - seems the problem had something to do with security settings on their side. Thankie kindly.
