Hi there.... tokyosexwhale haha memorable name!!  You have some good stuff there and I'd like to know how much you charge for a 5 page short science fiction story. If you need to look over them first then let me know.

I already have artists for a couple of the stories and picking who to use for the remaining ones over the next wee while. I'm very excited haha!! I think this is shaping up to be a very fun project!!

Timescale is before Thought Bubble in November as I want to give it out to the publishers there, but some estimation of time would be handy for me. If you need to know anything else then drop me a line.

Hope you are having a wonderful day,

Dawn Mathieson x x x

Hi guys what's kickin finger lickin?

I need to hire around 6 artists for a series of short stories, 5 pages mainly with a science theme.  Deadline isn't tight but I want to have it printed up for Thought Bubble in November (that's where all the cool kids go). I'm paying - YES PAYING!!  I've already got some really interesting scottish artists involved but would like to look a bit further a field too.  Unpublished or highly esteemed is neither here nor there, it's a case of the right artist for the right stories.

So anyone interested drop me a line here or by pm with samples, prices and timescales and payment will probably be paypal, though I could write a cheque if you want to sell my autograph.

Much love tooth board and hope you are all having a wonderful day

hi guys!!

Another wonderful year at gcon.  Met lots of friends, picked up some funky comics and drank a little too much!

Fun kicked off with Frank Quitely on thursday with BBC documentary 'What do artists do all day?' with a Q&A afterwards.

Friday, drinks with friends which was lovely and sensibly not too late.

Saturday was tons of fun with the unbeatableJohn Wagner and Alan Grants saucy new sex comedy panel. Hosted by wonderful Stacey Whittle. I got Howard Chaykins siggy on Legend and Peter Milligans on Shade the Changing Man which was nice.

Brunch with Proudhuff and Dode brightened my hangover. Lots of love guys!

Sunday the Breaking the Fourth Wall panel with Peter Milligan, Rufus Dayglo, Jack Teagle, Simon eh transformer and my fave wee John Mcshane. I dont think it was the best subject for a talk but it was interesting all the same and I asked a question as no one else did so thats a bonus.

Also somewhere in there add fabby Colin Macneil, Gary Erskine, Gordon Maclean, Alex Ronald, Iz, satanist, russ and dogdeever. Thanks to everyone and really I mean that - you all made it a weekend to remember!

Big hugs and lots of love x x x x

Electronics good. Old man bands are good. I will be scopin out some of the bands mentioned as I've been getting music junkie withdrawal for new music and I trust you guys opinions... mostly hehe.

Heres a Top 50 Electronic playlist I'm working on, got 43/50 bloody youtube keep deleting stuff...

And an old man band playlist I just started ie prog rock on standard 13 songs. I could try for a top 50 but my brain may explode at average song length 9 mins of sitar solos...

Good to hear Catan is getting about. Once played Cakes of Catan and it was pretty much the best thing ever. Lands were cupcakes, roads were chocolate fingers and castles were wine gums. Mmm let me eat your army x x x
