Sounds plausible. Certainly seems to be a gas grenade of some description, but as Wake showed via the link he posted, (click on that blue writing), "keak" is an old word meaning "laugh", so if it's not a spelling mistake, it's laughing gas.

Keak is also a scottish/Ulster-scots/Northern Irish word for shit (may also be spelt keke?). So, ATMO-KEAK might be an inside joke.

We pronounce it "keech" over here with the "ch" pronounced the way it is in "loch".

"Keek" on the other hand means much the same as "peek", which would suggest some kind of surveillance equipment. It does look more like some kind of grenade though, so I think Wake's suggestion is the most likely.

Isn't everything ever written about Hell just a bunch of made-up nonsense, though?  Well, yes.  So, why not let a comic writer make up more nonsense?

All the episodes are repeated on Monday night along with the "making of" documentary.

This month's vivid mustard with extra coloured dots was particularly vile. I understand it is to be recoloured for the collected version and feel rather short-changed that we've been fobbed off with the 'unfinished' version.

Oddly enough, that was one of my favourite things in this month's episode. Suited the Westerny stuff. Brought to mind sepia toned Wanted posters and made it more distinct as a flashback. I wouldn't be surprised if that bit ended up looking much the same in the "finished" version.
