I've no argument with any of that, TBH, PJ. I had a play with one a couple of weeks ago, courtesy of the manager of the local Apple reseller, and it is a thing you need to hold and use to understand properly. Comics are fuckin' lovely to read on this thing -- I wish Marvel would knock all their Motion Comics shit on the head, and DC would abandon their somewhat nebulous plans to bring something "new" to the digital platform, and just open up their back catalogues to plain ol' CBR/CBZ readers.

Of course, the problem with this is the same -- depressingly -- as the problem with getting the music industry to accept digital distribution, it would seem. Impressing on the powers that be that the key here is making the content available DRM-free, as easily and as cheaply as possible seems to be an uphill battle.
