A friend of mine has recently started working for a military/historical publishing company and they're considering doing some short graphic novels. It would be a paying gig and possibly involves 24-32 page graphic re-tellings of historical episodes.

If they can get an good artist on board then the artist could have some input into the style and direction, but willingness to represent historical clothing/equipment accurately is key.

If you're interested please let me know by email, facebook or message here.

Cheers,

I am modestly apt at art and a Keen Military (inc Historical via Modelling) knowledge But think comic is out of my league :(

Great Idea and success on this.  What with Billy Tucci's new BLACKWATER comic just coming out too.

I might know few artists suitable for this kind of stuff (good in realistic drawing, made some historic comics etc.) - can i pass this information on one facebook group? If so, what e-mail adress i should write?

My email address is wake@2000ad.org but I probably have enough possibilities at this stage. Thanks for your interest.
