Complete in what sense? What Rebellion's released contains the entire run, but some of the books are now out of print.

That's what I meant. With a release planned for Volumes 2 and 3 (I believe) reckon the time may have come to start picking up the trades. Something I rarely do if I have the original comics but I'd like lend Dante out to folk.

They're completely complete in terms of stories, but bear in mind that the newer printings have apparently edited out a lot of the framing quotations and so forth.
We never really die.

Drokk it! Looks like Bad Company has sold out.

Pleased to get The Art of Judge Dredd though and I also ordered The Taxidermist. I don't think I have it.   :-\
As I'm at work I can't check but I ordered it anyway. :D
Dumb all over, a little ugly on the side.

Those historic quotes about the universe isn't what you mean, surely?

Picking up The Art of Judge Dredd and Thrill-Power Overload myself, and maybe the The Bendatti Vendetta too, but the three Dante books are the ones I'm actually kind of on the fence about, as it's one of those series' that I imagine will get a Complete series of books in the future sooner or later.

That's very unlikely to happen so you'd be better off getting them now, Earthlet.

Why unlikely, out of curiosity? A popular series that hasn't sold successfully enough to warrant that treatment? But darn - more money to spend then. T_T

Noisybast

Grabbed the Dante books and MCU#2.
You do know I'm at the wrong end of my overdraft, don't you, MOLCH-R? This is all your fault!
Dan Dare will return for a new adventure soon, Earthlets!

Mardroid

I ordered Missionary Man and Kingdom: The Promised Land.

"Shall I get one of the Dante books?" I thought. "Nah. There'll be a reprint soon and I've spent too much on my credit card this month already."

Then I came to this thread and.... changed my mind. Ordered Sword of the Tsar. (Picking up the others would have been nice, but I have to stop somewhere on my (lack of) budget.

I really hope the three books can be combined into one order though to save on packing but I'll understand if that's not the case. My fault after all.

Regards,

Hawkmumbler

Bah! Left Bad Company in the basket to long. Muppet! Well the others will do nicely.

Why did I put "regards" at the end of my message? I think my mind was in 'email mode' when I wrote that.

If the first collection had sold well in North America then it *might* have happened, but sadly it didn't perform as well as we'd hoped.

Ach, that's a shame - the fools don't know what they're missing!

I'm almost tempted to pick up Ace Trucking Co. v2 but as I don't have the first volume and understand that it's OOP now (and commanding silly money online) I'm in two minds about it. (It must be nostalgia or something because I wasn't particularly a fan of Ace Garp back in the day or I'd have bought both volumes already.)
