Looking for the title/issue of an JD2000 Comic

Greetings all!

I remember reading a Judge Anderson comic where she was up against these aliens who created the human race.  There was an huge ape man in the comic & in the end they killed the aliens as they were about to wipe out humanity. I can't remember much else about the comic & i've searched around the web, but I don't even know the title.  

Any help would be fantastic!
