To me though that cover looks more fanzine than mainstream

Oh yeah, totally - fanzines have no idea how to do good covers 

Of course I was not referring to the fanzines of Tooth but a generalisation of fanzines (well perhaps those ones with inferior cover images not the likes of Drokk, Dogbreath & Zarjaz of course)
Basically I do not like the cover!!!!!! (rant - and apology over! and sorry for any offence CFM  )

Anyone else having trouble ordering this?, I tried using 2 different cards and I keep getting a "the Transaction State is Invalid" message.

Just tried now, no problem.  But that postage .... ouch! 

I know I've mentioned this before but there does not seem to be much love for subscribers on this.
