Can you use wireless controllers on a 'Core Pack' Xbox 360 or do you have to use wired ones?

Is the 'Core' any different from the 'Premium' other than the accesories that comes with it?

Years ago, before I got into 2000ad I read a story featuring Judge Death. This may have been the first Dredd related material I ever read. My problem is that now, many years later I have read most Dredd material ever published, but I have never seen this story anywhere else.

ISTR it had Death emerging from a pile of dead bodies and killing a few Judges , before Dredd turns up. Also I remember (at the time) it having really cool painted artwork.

Can anyone tell me what it is and where it appears?

Granny Feng's tom cat has sprouted two hairy 4ins long wings, reports the Huashang News.

"At first, they were just two bumps, but they started to grow quickly, and after a month there were two wings," she said.

Feng, of Xianyang city, Shaanxi province, says the wings, which contain bones, make her pet look like a 'cat angel'.

Again, this hasn't been put on my schedule yet but the feeling is that if we went full colour we would entirely loose the Case Files format that has worked so well. The books would no longer be as chunky. The paper stock would be entirely different and the price would be much higher. At a guess we're talking £17-20 here. Thus the identity of the Case Files would be lost and I think sales would probably suffer hugely as a result. What I'm more keen to do is pick and choose and print the best of the colour stuff from the early 90s onwards as I think these books would work much better.

I'm aware some of you find this a somewhat tedious topic, but I figured it was worth disussing. I agree with him, so long as there are comprehensive Dredd collections of strips like Necropolis, Mechanismo etc to come at some point.

For the people who still want a complete run, hows about a DVD Rom or something similar? Hardly a perfect solution, but better than nothing, right?

There's a nice article on the Rogue Trooper game in this Edge Special Edition with the art team talking about translating the comic to a game. Bit slight on text though; the mag is mainly just pretty pictures with the odd bit of text, and it costs 8 quid. I bought it because I'm into all this concept art stuff and I can say its 'research', or something.

So i finally got a wii last week, and like no doubt many others i've been having a lot of fun with the Mii channel - creating lookalikes of Hitler and Jesus and pitting them against one another in a game of golf.

Then today I found this.....

Dear Techno-heads,

I was recently given a digibox, but can't get it to work. I've plugged it in to the wall aerial socket, and connected both the RF and scart to the TV, but I keep getting a 'no signal' message.

I should point out that the digibox was given to me by someone in N. Yorkshire, and I live down south. Would this affect things? Does it need to be re-tuned or is it region locked or something?

I live in a flat, so do I need to get a signal booster?

Any advice much appreciated.

Despite my previous comments of not really digging Clint Langley's ABCs work, he puts in a stunning double page spread this week.

Great to see chunky Nemesis and stront books appearing. Any other series deserving of the Case Files treatment?

I'd like to see early Rogue/ABC Warriors/Slaine, though this is unlikely to happen, due to the volumes already available. Also Zenith (I know, I know!).

All of the early Judge Anderson would be fantastic.

Any other suggestions?

Anyone got Case Files 06 or The Complete Nemesis book yet? Or just seen it in the shops?

Apparently both should be available now/very soon, and I'm keen to get a copy of both/either to read over christmas.

Please state location, especially if it was in London, as I'll be there at the weekend.
