Yeah, we've done this before- but it's a good topic to cover :)

My first prog was:

I was 09 yeas old and the 'hook' for me was the ABC Warriors. I can honestly say this comic changed my life.

Ditto, 120 was mine too, and it changed my life too. I was 12 instead of 9 though. I'm still hooked. I've read thousands of comics in my life, on hundreds of titles, but Dredd is the only comic I'm reading as of today

Dredd's first couple of years exist as both case files and hardback editions. Dan Dare vol 2 will be out later this year, Flesh and Harlem Heroes exist as TPBs.

Dan Dare at least. That's good news

Beg pardon if this has been discussed before

Summer 1979. Prog 120. That robot on the cover caught my attention but Dredd kept me on board. My favourite comic. Still enjoying it on a daily basis thanks to the paperbacks and all that stuff they are putting out

Hi. I'm new to the forum. I discovered 2000 AD 35 years ago. Today I'm focused on Joe Dredd mainly and I should say only. I hold on thanks to the Dredd complete case files which are the best human invention since the pacifier. ;)
