Contributions for Solar Wind #4 Wanted

Hey Chapoids,

Issue 4 of Solar Wind is being planned.  In case you are all living in the 21st century, this is the top 70's British comic, that rivalled all that DC Thompson, IPC and Macwell's could put out at the time.  It is currently being chrono-imported into the Future (your now).

Issue 4 is an 'Aggro' edition.  So in addition to the usual SF/Action strips there will be a general theme of 70's Yobbery and Aggravation.

Weighing in at about 60 imperial pages, Solar Wind has so far had a 9/10 review in Comics International and a Fanzine of the Month from SFX magazine.

Currently after strips, spoof ads and features for Issue 4.  A small synopsis should be sent first.  If you havn't contributed before, we'll probably want a one-pager at the most (unless it sounds very good!).  5 Pages is an epic where we're coming from.

As always, artists for strips and spot art are always needed.  If you know *anyone* who is a bit tasty with the pen and paper, please let us know.  We aren't asking for pro standards, just half an ability to draw a strip and double the ability to have fun than a normal person (but not in an irritating way).

If we can get issue 4 done in time it'll be out with issue 3 for Bristol 2004 where we have a stall, feel free to drop by and say hello.
