No, not the film but weird occurrences

My Brother-in-Law's wife was due her first child next Thursday.  For some reason last night I decided to put a bottle of champagne we've had lying around for a while in the fridge.  My thinking was so that it would have plenty of time to chill before next week.

We got a call at 6:30 this morning that I'm now an uncle.  

I know it's just a coincidence, but still, unsettling.

hey congratulations !

i'snt it just when important things happen, all our senses get heightened and coincidental random things seem significant? or is that far too skeptical for a freaky Friday?

Today i just went down the village doing a chore list & got waylaid by everybody in a chatting smiling waving hugging manner.. imagine 'the Wicker man' only all on some twisted ecstasy happy friendly pills... now THAT was freaky, normally locals scowl, hiss & lay in wait for people to hit with Shinty sticks.  i think it must be that I'm wearing mascara for the first time here.. imagine the social power if I wore lipstick too ?
