Well, young Ignatz, it all started long ago back in a magical kingdom called alt.comics.2000ad, where everyone was nice, all things were pleasant, creators were in abundance and editors never questioned their predecessors. Ever.
And unto this happy and discourse filled land of banter and debate came a troll. He wasn't actually an evil troll. But he did lay waste to the kingdom. Again and again. Interminably.
And now many of us are here.
And not there.
I think that about sums it up, and is broadly true (except maybe for one or two bits).

That's not Dredd's wife you've got there, is it?

Mardroid, I thank you!

Nice! Both in quality and in a new take of the two fighting. But you seem a bit harsh on your "Pete Wells Block" idea. Surely it won't have that adverse an effect?  ;)

Quote from: "gnilleps"Out of interest, I assume that was rendered with a plugin, can it be used for animations?

Nope, not a plug-in: Render left image, move camera, render right image, combine in Photoshop.

Then I appreciate that it did require some exertion, thanks. Also means it's not worth me pushing my luck further by requesting a 3D GC fly-by drive-by of the lawmaster and city.

I have to say again, it does look great. I heartily recommend anyone who has 3D glasses somewhere in the house tries it out.

Quote from: "gnilleps"... But given that you also do CGI renders, any chance of a 3D CG Dredd for that? Go on! The moments of pleasure it would give me would so be worth the hours of effort it would take you!

Just for you, Gnilleps... (Not a competition entry!)

Ha! Lush! Who'd have thought picking up a freebie copy of "Final Crisis: Superman Beyond 3D" would pay such dividends, thanks Mike!

Nice work there, Larf. Although I'm actually inspired to post by Mike Carroll's, 'cos bizarrely I actually had the right hue of Red/Cyan glasses on my desk for that to work. And it works very nicely! But given that you also do CGI renders, any chance of a 3D CG Dredd for that? Go on! The moments of pleasure it would give me would so be worth the hours of effort it would take you!

Quote from: "TordelBack"The show could only be hosted by John Barrowman, and it could be called Only A Matter of Time.

I'll see your "Only A Matter Of Time" and raise you a "Regeneration Game" hosted by Bruce (Forsyth, not Campbell) or maybe, "Who's Your Choice!"

Quote from: "DavidXBrunt"Ah it's not a spoiler if it's months after the release. It's not like I've spoiled the ending of Time Reed with Brewsters death...

Ooh, you bitch!  ;)

Actually I've no idea when it was released. I got a subscription for my brother and get to borrow them only once he's listened to them.

Quote from: "TordelBack"The helmet grill is a work of genius.  Bravo, scarey cat man!

Thanks for pointing that bit out, I'd missed that. Nice!
