I seem to remember reading that the story for the LOEG movie is not based on the comic at all, they have just taken the characters, changed them around and added a few of their own. Which kind of begs the question 'Why did they bother to buy the rights to it in the first place'.

I always think it is a sign that a writer is running short of ideas when we get the hackneyed old back-in-time-to-meet-ourselves-with-hilarious-results storyline.

Well, I certainly do like a feminine side...

For the past few months, my computer wallpaper has been Angelina Jolie in Lara Croft gear: not a word from the wife... Couple of days ago I change it to a picture of Hammerstein and there is uproar! Okay, to keep the peace, I change it again, this time to Johnny Alpha, again she complains. THEN I change it to Claudia Black... and she stops complaining.
What the hell is going on?
Why am I allowed to look at other women, but not war robots or mutant bountyhunters?
