This is strangely hypnotic. Somebody in Canada has just bought Pocket Surgery.

yes it is until you refresh the page and realise it's not live at all as the same books keep reappearing in order.

Does anyone here go to the Mounds & Circles blog? Or their sister sites Island of Terror, Dolly Dolly image blog or Sub-machine Gun? I'd recommend them
That Dolly Dolly site has some incredible pictures, but I found the blogs befuddling.

That's a brilliant blog, and the accompanying Smut Brittania is an intelligent and entertaining look at the enduring appeal of material which was once intended to be titillating, now that the march of time has robbed it of what was thought to be its only value. If you're going to try to rationalise the attraction of vintage cheesecake, you might as well farm the intellectual heavy lifting out to Graham Greene.

If nothing else, it's made me aware that the beautiful Angela Scoular achieved a unique claim to fame by appearing in both proper Bond (OHMSS) and knock-off Bond (Casino Royale, 1969), and of the tragic circumstances of her death.

An end of a era - the Monroeville Mall, as used in Dawn of the Dead '78, is being torn down as we speak.
