Okay so here's the inside scoop, I am wanting to get a tattoo of Judge Death, but not just a plain old picture of him. I want it to be somewhat unique as well, but I really am not good in this area. Can anyone help me or suggest what it could be like?
How about the badge maybe ? Just a thought. :)

Hi Burnah - am curious to see whether you ended up getting a Death tattoo done, and if so what did you go for?
I've got the 4 dark judges tattooed on my legs, and I'm always wondering what other Death tattoos are out there.
and does that other YNWA stand for the same as my YNWA? In which case we can rename this thread, Judge Death's Merseyside Tattoo natter?
would like to see some dark judges tattoos also,i have a judge anderson as you can see,and a judge dredd after a johnny alpha next some of the guys were helping me find a pic :) then blog got nuked :'(

The above were done in 2004 - due to costs and the artist relocating to Oz, they've never been completed.
And because I am very picky, I've never found the right person to complete them. Original plan was to get them filled in black, with flame for Fire, but the more recent Dark Justice etc made me think colour would be the better option when I finally got around to getting it completed.
By pure chance, an apprentice in one of our local studios recently outed herself as a Dredd fan so I organised a consult. In the meantime I found https://www.bookdepository.com/Judge-Dredd-Dark-Judges-Alan-Grant/9781684050444 in Forbidden Planet...didn't know it existed, and then saw the coloured version of the scene my tattoos are based on.
Popped in for the consult on Saturday, artist pings me the initial concept for what she wants to do with them...

Looks cool! Looking forward to seeing the finished result. I like tattoos, but only on other people - I've been told I look like the kind of person who has tattoos, so people are usually surprised to hear I don't.
The full portcullis over your forehead and eyes is clearly the only acceptable option.

As a result of a cancellation, the first session is now Saturday coming and not 3 weeks from now :D

Ran into time issues unfortunately, leaving the remaining colour work on Death to be done in the 3rd session when leg has fully healed, along with Mortis getting worked on too.
Session 2 tomorrow - all day from 9:30 through to 5:30, with a 1-hour break for lunch. Aim is to get as much of Fear done as possible.
Looking at a 4th session in May to finish off anything needed on Fear, and get a start on Fire.
