Question on Thrill Mail

I was on the mailing list for this but it looks like I'm not receiving them anymore. Who would I need to speak to about this? Thanks.

I've not received one for almost a month too.

Let me know the email address you're using and I'll check your still subscribed - we have a constant problem with email servers rejecting Mailchimp and then Mailchimp removing the emails from our list >:(

I receive the thrill-mail - but it always goes to my junk mail (even when I click the 'not junk mail' option).  Even when I do receive the mail - none of the images display (just the text).

Ad the email address that the trill-mail comes from to your providers whitelist / safe senders list that should stop it from being flagged as junk and allow you to see the images (you might still have to allow the images when you open the email)
