There used to be another Fernando from Buenos Aires. A fanatical 2000AD fan who pled poverty while asking writers and artists to send stuff - signed comics, sketches, artwork - to him for free. A lot of these people soon felt they were maybe getting scammed, when this other Fernando contacted them again asking for more free stuff without acknowledging the stuff they'd already given him.
