Dodgy print of Shimura in Meg 2.38 ?

I picked up 3 olds Megs (2.37-2.39) for 50p the other day (@ Spitalfields Market), just for the Shimura story by Robbie Morrison & Frank Quitely.

Anyway in the 2nd part (Meg 2.38) the first and last page of the Shimura story has a very noticeable kind of blue sheen overlaying the pages, which naturally discolours them and ruins the fantastic FQ art.
So does anyone know if that affected all prints of the Meg or if I was just unlucky to get a dodgy issue ?
