Ages ago in the chat room, somebody dug out some facts from a Dalek Annual to the effect that;

The Daleks couldn`t see red
They could move at some phenomenal speed
Their language had no word for...something pretty basic. Red?

could that person, or someone equally knowledgeable confirm all this? My sister is doing an article about Daleks for an Australian newspaper and needs these facts for it.
