I used to work with several people who had aspergers -they had to have their day planned out completely in advance and with as little variation as possible, otherwise they would just stop-and not tell anyone they'd stopped, until they were asked.

Who planned out their day? The bosses? Nah! Me? Um, nope-our messenger was the guy who had to do everything as the dear managers just wanted to look good to the chari-dee...

Unfortunately there were too many complaints and they were moved out.They never had much of a chance poor guys.
