Actually, Motherboards don't take up that much space :P (but I don't own all on those list, no - do you know how rare some of them are) you only need 2 cabinets, an vertical monitor one and a horizontal monitor one.
Oh, and a b/w vector cab and a colour cab for running vector games...
And besides, you can't buy these ROMs from most of the companies legitimately (some you can - check out StarROMs) - some (i.e. Taito) don't even own copies of them themselves (prompting the conversation of Us:'So can you let us have copies of the ROMs for these games so we can produce the games we've licensed off you' & Them:'No, you'll have to download them off some pirate websites.'
Emulation, it's a legal/moral can of worms that shouldn't be opened...
