I'm back in a London pub with Robo-Keef himself to talk about Black Max and other releases from the Treasury of British Comics. We also pause to raise a glass to the memory of the great Carlos Ezquerra.

Listen in.

Linky here (I don't know if that will work for everybody - didn't have much difficulty finding it under 'mega city' though).

Jamie Beamish guides me through John Wagner and Vince Locke's gritty crime thriller, and the movie version. We also chat about Jamie's acting career and how his part in Star Wars:Rogue One ended up on the cutting room floor.

Right on, I'm a big fan of that one, both the comic and the movie.

And here is Jamie's grail page, at least the one that's safe to show. Beautiful and poignant art by Vince Locke.

If you're missing the Inky Fingers podcast then have no fear Julius Howe is here. We met up in one of those noisy London pubs to discuss original art collecting, the artistic legacy of Carlos Ezquerra, and volume 3 of the ABC Warriors Mek Files.

Damian has brought a few of those Polish editions to Lawgiver and Contingent gatherings - they're absolutely gorgeous - rivalling the classic Titan editions from the 1980s!

I got the chance to chat with Tony Foster, the editor of Comic Scene, which is the best publication about comics on the shelves at the moment.
