Amazing news a Rouge Trooper film by Duncan Jones wow this could turn out to be something really special, Duncan's film moon is fantastic so I'm super excited to see what he does with the Rouge charcter, and fingers crossed Sam Rockwell turns up somewhere in the film but not as Rouge lol I could definitely see him as the Traitor General though :D

Film & TV / Re: Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi

I thought the last jedi was overall a better film than the force awakens it definitely has some issues pacing being one of them but Im nit picking, as for who stood out in the film Mark Hamill stole the show for me I could easily watch a whole film based on older Luke on his island also Carrie Fisher r.i.p was terrific too.

QuoteJason Kingsley answers the Karl Urban question.
I can't watch videos at work, what does he say?

Basically that they really would like Karl Urban (and Olivia Thirlby) to return, and he's keen too, but it's too early to plan or confirm anything.
But then brian Jenkins went on to say that this isn't going to be Dredd 2 which makes me think were getting new actors to play Dredd & Anderson and that's if Anderson shows up at all, but fingers crossed that Karl & Olivia reprise there rolls that'd be fantastic if they did.

I gotta say I'm shocked by how 'casual' 'Mega-City One - TV show announced!' posters like hazy efc just appear on here after what.....nearly 28 pages posting about Urban.  Bah the cheek.  Z  ;)
To be fair mate I did hear something over the weekend about the new TV show but after the whole Dredd sequel headache I didn't even bother to check out whether the TV show was an actual thing my hopes have been dashed enough in the past😢, but the TV show is actually happening so all's good in the world 👍

I see that Rebellion are to start work on a remastered version of 2006's Rogue Trooper a game that I myself think is fantastic so I'm super excited hearing this news, I'm also hearing that its coming out on PS4 Xbox One & Nintendo Switch with a release date yet to be revealed but with E3 next month maybe we'll find out a bit more about the game.

The latest videogame trailer released today definitely seems geared to capitalize on the current Fury Road excitement (it's certainly got a pre-order out of me) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=TsYIpYow7D0

Looks like while not being a straight tie-in to the movie it does riff off it a lot. I'm sure I saw a Thunderdome in one of the screenshots too. Pretty excited for it, the idea of a potentially decent Mad Max videogame is exciting enough, but doubly so right now when I'm hungry to get as much Max as I can get in my veins.
The game is looking very promising indeed, but im a bit confused is that supposed to be rictus erectus (That name ) in the video. And hopefully there's bikes in the game as i loved the scene in fury road were max and furiosa are fighting off the bikers who attack the war rig tanker, the movie is very much like a video game.

I loved fury road and tom hardy nailed it as max i can't wait to see it again, But the road warrior is still the best in the series for me.

I have now seen the real Cursed Earth on film.
I was thinking that myself at times when watching fury road, And how cool would it of been if dredd had of been a hit at the box office and george miller had signed on to direct the dredd sequel set in the cursed earth. :'(
