Trout. In Dudleys defence, I pushed the strip from 6 to 9 pages to get the story in a format where the panel to page rate was workable. Maybe it should have been two stories (?) but I'm happy with it.

The thing though, is that this is Dudleys first script, and I had a whale of a time scribbling it.

Krusti: The script does deserve to be drawn, but there are plenty of peeps who can draw chicks better than me. If you find someone who wants to collarborate, I'll happily storyboard the strip for someone else to turn into soft porn for you.

Tulkas: Have you read the Dredd v Death novelisation? Finished it last night and was very surprised to find a perp named King Louis in the book! Gordon Rennie seems to have been rummaging around in Dudleys mind again (hope he washed!)

Loads of good strips there, some of which are culled from C0 '79 and Zarjazz.

Mark Gruenwald (forgive if I have the wrong name) wrote a superb series about the Squadron Supreme for Marvel back in the '80s.

As the story was being collected he passed away, and had his ashes mixed with the inks (allegedly)

Thats, to me, is a good way to be disposed of.

Picture the scene.......

A hushed courtroom, the defendant stands awaiting the pronouncement of his sentence.

The judge turns to the jury "Have you reached a verdict?"

The foreman of the jury stands and holds up his hand. He has a funny, medallion shaped scar on his palm.

"Yes, M'lud, we have reached a verdict. The crime isss life, the sssentencce isss death!"


Whilst being dragged away, the hapless juror could plainly be heard screaming, "Foolsss, you cannot killl what doesss not livve!"

Cosmic Ray has indeed captured the hapless PVS and is forcing him to work on the latest method of Drone disposal.

I can only hope that the poor man will escape the clutches of IDPC Tompson and return to be grumpy for our amusement soon.

Either that or he's writing me another script!
