Title: Batman by Grant Morrison omnibus vol 1 question
Post by: Apestrife on 04 November, 2018, 08:43:46 PM
I have a question regarding the Grant Morrison Batman omnibus.

How much of the 52-issues are included? When Bruce is in the cave, is the bits with Wonder Woman meeting some floating head of light included as well? (I remember something like that happening in 52) or are just a couple of pages/panels from 52 included?

Just a nit picky question. It being a bit jumbled is part of it's charm  :)

More importantly. How's the binding and such? Does it read ok? It's not as heavy as for example Morrison's Doom patrol no?

Interested in this myself.
Was looking at that volume as it's about £30.

Got some info on another forum.

Not that heavy, but not light. Also 11 pages of 52 #30, 4 pages of 52 #47. A bit of Tim in there, 52 pages ends with Bruce exiting a cave. Also includes good recaps for both Final Crisis (could imagine some people needing that) as well as the demon stuff (Batman marrying Thalia or what not).

Will probably order it soon :)

Btw. Apperantly Burnham (who illustarted INC) is the one doing the recap pages. I ordered the book as soon as I saw that.

Got it for 55 (I don't live in the uk). Which I think is more than fair :)
