Finding collaboration

Hi,
just thought I'd throw a query out there, and hope it's in the right place. I've seen a few places that have areas regarding collaborations (i.e. forums to stick all your "Artist looking for writer for webcomic" "Writer looking for artist to pay very little and hopefully steal some talent via osmosis") and just wondered if any of you have some possible suggestions, or advice, of the best forums/sites to work like this.

Any help/suggestions/advice or just whatever, everything is welcome.
