Those ABC warrior busts were the best ever, any chance of seeing them again?

Anyone own one, can we still get them?

Looks like a randomly generated poem from a few sentences.

I was never a huge fan of Bisley. He's not the greatest visual storyteller, better for pin-ups. Don't like his Dredd but I like ABC Warriors & Shit the Dog.

Didn't Wagner & Grant do a treament for the Dredd film but because the producers wanted it for nothing, they never did a first draft?

What happened to that treatment, has anyone seen it?

It's a book well worth getting except there's no interview with Wagner.

>Point taken, though - Arnhuld's Martian romp does look decidely shonky nowadays.

There's a great camera pull-out though  from  "live action" inside a Mars train to an outside "model" set.

I can't watch it at all, it's really bad.

I think more than once is enough, you have a seriously bad compulsion there. Owning the film is bad enough but watching it is borderline depravity.

>Personally I thought Stallone just right for the role

I don't think so. He was & is the absolute opposite of what Dredd is.

It's something I noticed the first time I saw it. I got into 2000AD just before seeing it.

There's definitely a Hall of Justice in Mad Max and a leather clad police force.

I think Mad Max 2 is a masterpiece, leagues beyond the first in story and film-making. The first  third films are too camp for me.

Judge Dredd was out 3 years before Mad Max. Dredd was a huge influence on the film as you can see from the promotional poster -he even has a judge type badge on his chest:
