Great to see everyone again,  and thanks to CF for putting it all together.  Dunk,  I read the second volume of Crossed on the train and I now feel dirty.  So massive thanks for that.  Will be reading 3-5 later. 
Nice to put faces to new names, and see you all at the next one.
