So is 3A going to show off any future merch at sdcc?

TheTooN

Nothing announced, I asked if there would be any surprises for SDCC but got no answer. I didnt expect 'the surprise is' but a teaser would have been exciting. I'd love to see some good news on upcoming releases, maybe CF can get something out of them. If nothing else comes in 1:12th other than Fire I'll be gutted.

At least we have 1:6th Dredd to look forward to.

I assume that Tharg 1/12 and RoJaws 1/12 will be next for pre-order after the proto's were shown at the 40th.
Some SDCC exclusives for the other 3A lines are announced.
I keep myself amused between releases messing about in the garden.

Dredd stalks a viscous Radback trio in the jungles of Southern Oz.

Miffed Maxwell, the leader of the gang.

Korp de Plume, a nasty Radback assassin.

Sturm de Plume, Korp's brother and just as deadly.

Definitely looking forward to the 1/12 Ro-Jaws!

I didn't know they were doing a Tharg in that size-range. Not my personal cuppa but nice to know squax on a budget info this kind of thing have the option.

Do we know how much of this stock if any was left after the con?

Gone to U.S. 2K collectors.  :D

Another 3A DIY NOM, more of them than Styx Brothers.
Luft de Plume - Death from above !.

lincnash

The earlier digital pic's did not do Luft justice.
He didn't look grubby and 3A enough.
Chucked him in the washing machine with a gray crayon  ;).

Luft de Plume : Murder from the skies.

hehee.

Would have thought this thread would be pumpin' considering the time of year.
BLEAT BLEAT .... paid months ago ...... where's 1/6 Dredd? ... bloody 3A delays....
MOAN MOAN ....Q2 2017 long gone .... Q3 2017 almost gone too ...... WHERE'S MY FIGURE ?....
BLEATY MOANEY ..... paid for Copper Over-Pad Dredd last year .....
Maybe Squaxx have reconciled with Threea's schedule delay's.

It's looking like a wet Spring in OZ, so no more fun in the garden.
Have to keep myself busy indoors and the creative juices are flowing. eewww :o
Now I wonder what could be created with this pile of junk.

Hint :- still debating an appropriate helmet. STAKK!!!

In the last couple of years ive become a 1/6 scale figure collector. Have got about 20 of them at the moment, have had around 30 maybe.......an if it's taught me anything, it's that these things are constantly delayed. Ice waited 18 months for a Wonder Woman so far and can't say that I was ever expecting Dredd to be on time.

Hopefully when he eventially arrives he will be THE definitive Dredd figure......might very well consider selling on all of my 1/12 2000ad stuff if he is.

Life in the 'ole thread after all :D.
1/6 Dredd does look the bee's knee's, if the proto pic's are anything to go by.
'Poccy Dredd offended me as a passionate Squaxx, inaccuracy and B.S., MC-1 style marketing hype.
In the other place, there was pride for 'Poccy until the customer's offered constructive criticism (abuse?).
Then the story changed to "We wanted to do something fun for the 40th", only to go off on another tangent that a "Battle Damage" 'Poccy Dredd could be done.
I'll leave it there, before I upset the Wally Squad again.

Looking forward to everyone proudly posting there pic's of big Dredd.
Hopefully 3A have a teaspoon of concrete, harden the Drokk up and fill our shelves with 2000AD goodies. :D

Pete Wells

Just got an invoice for the 1/6 Dredd from ID Toys saying they are expecting him on 10th September. Wahooooooooo!!!!!!

Sweet Jovus son of Mavis, it's the Crapture!

Krakajac

If things go similar to when 1/6 Mongrol was released - perhaps the direct purchases from Bambaland will be on their way soon?  From memory, we in the Radback got ours almost immediately.

lincnash

Living in OZ, short shipping route from the 3A factory in China/H.K.  :D
If Bamaba sends the ChinaPost Tracking number, use the AussiePost website.
It will start working when the parcel hits our sunny shores.  ;)

Hey Pete, did you pay the balance on your figure? ID sent me the same message but the links didn't work. Couldn't find anywhere on their website that I could log in.....bit puzzled as to what I should be doing as haven't used them before.

Did notice that I could search for Dredd and it brings up a buying option as "pay balance", but didn't seem to require my order number.

Just wondered what you did?

Don't suppose you (or anyone else) know when this originally went up at ID for pre-order, as I can't find my order email.

Sigh.

Cheers,
Simon
