Hey Tharg fans.
Well got suckered into a new scale I spent years avoiding and that is 1/12th scale LOL (was bandia's fault with their S.H. Figuarts Captain America figure).
I am however fickle on who I purchase as the wallet can only stretch so far with multi scales.
So got the Mezco as a Christmas pressie and the 3A Lawmaster/Dredd combo too, plus a single 3A Dredd figure as a birthday present (beauty of being a Dec baby).
So the Mezco you no doubt have all seen inc the PX one. For me NOT a fan at all of that Eagle they gave him, so first thing I did was switch it with the ReAction Eagle (Dredd) and also the shoulder pad too (Anderson).

Luckily I have several ReAction Dredd's so stripped 3 of them Down for parts. First one Mezco Dredd got the goodies. After embedding magnets into the ReAction Eagle and pad, same results as original with the figure.

@ Dandontdare Don't fret my friend that is NOT a 3A Dredd, its a custom I am making. The body is a sculpted and modified Bandai S.H.Figuarts figure.
The nude pale body is a stripped 3A standard 1/12 body. Apparently the 3A Dredd has a new taller body. So we are ALL waiting to see how he looks when we get them, hence why I have a single figure and Lawmaster/figure pre ordered.
@Dark Jimbo, well here's hoping. Madness is helping me do the ground work scaling at present. The Build I am expecting to be somewhat more challenging LOL

Thank You BPP. Not the best design for the Eagle they went with and quickly had to be replaced. Thankfully Eagle had magnet and sprayed ready once he arrived. So as soon as he came out of packaging the Mezco eagle was removed LOL

Now as for the Eagle I disliked the Mezco eagle on the figure so have two spares. Thinking some slight modding maybe usable for the Lawmasters instead. Will either need find a spare eagle off someone or buy another MEZCO. Always use JUDGES and acc's.

Now as for the Cyclops, BRASS Button from etsy. Brass coloured right diameter and the line detail was just perfect.

Work in Progress Chief Judge McGruder (pre Long Walk) & Judge Hershey.
Had to sand down Huge Breasts (I cried), resculpt for suit and also zips. Sculpted Hershey's trade mark BOB haircut.
Used parts from the old Reaction Anderson figures for these two.
Embedded Magnets into the figures to hold their shoulder and CJ accessories. Modded Anderson Feet to fit these figures.
Main painting is done, just need gold paint buckles and Star at McGruder's throat.
Repaint MEZCO Disco Dredd helmet BLACK (dremelled to fit Hershey's head).
Also finish off Hershey's gauntlets and then paint Gauntlets and Boots.
McGruder Looks Great next to MEZCO Dredd I think.

Plan is Pleather Boots to keep ankle and feet articulation. Cloth loincloth. Sculpt wrist Unit. Redoing Hands with better articulated hands and various hand posed hands to switch. Actual crossed belts over the torso.

Then Pleather Boots done. As you can see no lose of Articulation either.

Next to do are:-
Loin cloth,
Belt,
Cross Belt with devices attached,
Cargo Net for prisoners,
Axe,
Wrist Unit,
Possibly heads on stakes.
Going to try with actual hair for head if not I did keep the original rubber hair to re attach to the Re-sculpted head.
Some NEW Judge headwear.
Respirator down and RIOT Judge helmets. Other helmets are removable for other Judges.

Well finally got stuck into something 2000ad related and moreso Justice Dept.
Termite was kind enough to give permission for me to cast his buckle to make resin copies for personal use. Have a feew projects planned with the resin copies.
First use was to add to Armour for Justice Dept. They say Go Big or Go Home. Well step in the right direction, as plans to go BIGGER with some other 1/12 Justice Dept Hardware.
Still wip as some other stuff want to do to this tank but certainly starting to fit the Bill of Justice Dept Hardware. Next will make a crew for it too.
