Has great potential.
Although the obvious benchmark for comic book games is 'Arkham Asylum' / 'Arkham City', this could be comedic gold.

I don't know anything about Deadpool whatsoever, but the gameplay there looks pretty ropey and I get the impression the character would get annoying pretty fast. If the trailer can't make me laugh then I doubt it's got any better zingers in there. Saying that, most people I know found Lollipop Chainsaw annoying and I laughed out loud pretty regularly at that so each to their own.
