As a strange quirk of fate should have it, I turned on the tv recently(ish) and happened to be at the leg crossing scene.  Having Sky+, I thought I'd finally satisfy my curiosity, rewound the scene and watched it in slow-mo before pausing on the crucial shot- just to see what all the fuss is about.

Turns out it's a lot of fuss about nothing.  She might as well have been folding her arms...
