ALWAYS the bath. The combination of relaxing warm water and raw thrill power is as intoxicating as vodka and redbull.......probably tastes better, too. ;-P

I got the 1979 Toof annual for xmas in 1978. Blimey! Although i wasnt really a regular reader, i got the first dredd annual in 1981(?) and have never looked back........except in the early ninetys. Which were poop.

Yeh, it was the american version, sort of a re-imagining if i recall. Pretty poor in comparison to the real deal.

Its one of my favourite 'collected' books. Ive read it so many times i cant tell you.  Mainly for the art, though. Which, dispite what others have said, is fantastic!

Great issue. The Dredd kicks the rest of the progs arse, but i have to say im well impressed with the artwork of P.J Holden on Rogue. In his interview over at 2000AD review, he seems quite nervous about how people are going to recieve his work. I really dont think he needs to worry. Seriously good.

Such beautiful artwork. Have to say i didnt really like the Dredd stuff that was published, but the artwork on your site is fantastic. The spidey pics are the greatest thing ever! ;-)

True that. But, it seems that comics are getting less n less fashionable. In the ninetys, comics were still regarded as cool. Toof seems a bit 'old hat' at the mo. If im wrong, then im very happy to be wrong. Dammit, i WANT to be wrong!!

Shame to say it, but on the evidence of the last six monthes, i dont think toof will even BE here in 5 years. I really-REALLY- hope im wrong, but to say its a shadow of its former self is an understatement. If i was wrong though,  Id like to see it go multi-media. Films, telly an all that. Cartoons too!
