Was it busy?

I didn't expect many for a 11am showing but there was 20 or 30 there.

Just got back from seeing it for the second time! Even better on second viewing - saw bits I missed the first time. And my wife absolutely loved it!

Nah she will enjoy it - she loves a good action film with a bit of gore!

Seeing it again in the morning. 11am showing at vue. Only seeing it again because the wife wants to see it obviously ;)

Odeon in Canterbury still not showing what's on from Friday. Looks like vue at Westwood cross for the 11am show on Friday for me and the missus. She's still not happy with me for not taking her to the fan preview!

Enjoyed what I've read so far. Really liking the art of Glyn Dillon.

Dunno when I'll be seeing it again, the odeon in Canterbury doesn't seem to be showing it and vue at Westwood cross listings only go up to Wednesday. Surely most cinemas at showing this?

Well that's two lifetime ambitions done this year - seeing Springsteen in concert and a decent Dredd film. If nothing else happens, I'm happy.

Also, that's the third time I've been in the same room as John Wagner, once at a 2000ad convention in the early 80's, a few years ago at Dreddcon in Oxford and last night. I still haven't plucked up the courage to say hello. One day maybe!

Really enjoyed the film. A not quite a legend but on his way Dredd in a young justice department in the not too distant future. Dirty, violent and brutal - perfect. Thanks to Alex Garland and co for letting us see this early and please start on the sequel now!

Great film, thoroughly enjoyed it. Thought the actors nailed their characters. Very impressed with Olivia Thirlby as Anderson. Can't imagine too many people being disappointed with this film.

I've recently got an Ipad 3 and am playing with that and the wacom bamboo stylus.

I was looking at the wacom but the amazon reviews have put me off a little. Problems with the nibs not lasting very long and difficulties in getting replacements? I did try a cheapy asda stylus and found you had to press fairly firm to get it to do anything. Is that the same with the wacom or just a cheap stylus problem?

Not sure what time I'm getting into London. Will try to get to pub if I can, if not see you all at the show! (I'll be the one with nothing dreddy to wear) :-(

Well done all you lucky people. At least it's only a little while to wait for the rest of us. (grrrr!)

I fully expect this forum to implode on itself next week though!
